The design features portraits of the allied leaders at its centre, where they are encircled by classical cameo compositions symbolising the battle.

An Exclusive Presentation

Although the medal itself was never physically struck, this modern interpretation has been made using moulds of the original dies produced by Pistrucci, which are held in The Royal Mint Museum.
