From the Kingdom of Macedon this Gold Stater was stuck during the reign of Philip II. On the obverse is the head of Apollo and on the reverse is a charioteer with galloping horses with a thunderbolt beneath them. This coin was struck around 340-328 B.C. and is in Very Fine condition.
